Ordering and payment


How do I place an order in the online shop?
  1. You are currently in the item details view. Enter the desired quantity and then add the item to the shopping basket. You can view the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the “Shopping basket” link (in the orange coloured banner on every page)
     
  2. In the second step of the order process we will ask for your details, such as your billing and delivery address. You can enter your personal details here just for the current order, or register so that our system will save these details for your next order. If you decide to enter your details for this order only, we will delete this information from our database after we have delivered your order.
     
  3. Please check in the third step of the order process that everything you have entered is correct. If you want to change anything, click on the progress diagram at the top to go back to the desired step in the order process. If all of the information you have entered is correct, click on “Place order”.
     
  4.  Once we have received your order, we will confirm its receipt by e-mail.

Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 24 Euros.

Can I change the items in my shopping basket?
You can view and change the items in your shopping basket at any time while you are shopping. If you decide you don't want a product any longer, you want to order a product multiple times or you'd like to add another one, you can do this by deleting or changing the number of items in your shopping basket. You don't have to continue with your order until you have finally decided on the item(s).

How can I pay?
You can pay in the sigikid online shop with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or using PayPal. COD is available as a payment option for deliveries within Germany.

How do I sign into the online shop?
You can either enter your details for your current order only (we will delete this information from our database after we have delivered your order) or you can register as a user. Your registration is binding, which enables us to use your personal details for your next order so you don't have to re-enter this information again. You need a password to register.


Shipping and delivery


Can I enter a different delivery address?
After you have selected your products you will be asked to enter your delivery address. You can enter a different delivery address in this step (your work address, for example). Important: The delivery address must be in the same country as the billing address.

Which countries does beastsshop.com deliver to?
beastsshop.com delivers orders to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, France (oversea départments excluded), Great Britain

Which logistics partner handles my goods?
To guarantee quick and reliable delivery, we use DHL as our logistics partner. We send every shipment as a parcel that is insured against any loss.

How much does shipping cost?
  1. Delivery within Germany:
    Shipping costs €2.90 for each order delivered within Germany. You will be charged an additional COD service fee if you choose “COD” as a payment option. This costs €6.00 (€4.00 COD charges plus €2.00 transfer fee). COD is only available within Germany.
     
  2. Delivery outside of Germany:
    Austria: €7.00 per order
    Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, France (oversea départments excluded), Great Britain: €14,90 per order
     
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when your order ships. You will also be informed via e-mail in case items are no longer available.

Where's my parcel?
You will receive confirmation via e-mail when your order ships. This e-mail includes your parcel shipment number, which you can use to track your parcel. To do this just use the link indicated in our e-mail and enter the 12 or 16 digit code.




Returns, exchanges and money-back guarantee


What if the items I received don't fit or I don't like them?
You can return the items you received within 14 days without giving any reason for your return. The cancellation period begins with receipt of the written notice concerning the right to cancel, but not before you have received the goods. To execute your right to cancel, you must send a letter, e.g. by mail, telefax or E-Mail - clearly stating your intend to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample cancellation form to cancel your order; however, you are not required by law to do so.

How do I send goods back?
Please inform us of your return online. See the footer of the website and follow this link Complaints & Returns. You can get the return label here. Please use the original packaging whenever possible to return your goods and take your parcel to a Deutsche Post office/DHL branch office or to a DHL Packstation.

Does it cost anything to return goods?
No, it doesn´t cost you anything. We bear the direct costs of the return if you use our online form for requesting a return label.

How do I get a replacement for a faulty item or if I received the wrong item?
Please inform us of your exchange online. See the footer of the website and follow this link Complaints & Returns. You can get your return label here and tell us about your complaint. Please use the original packaging whenever possible to return your goods. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible as soon as we receive your return. We will fully refund the costs to you if the item is no longer available.

How do I get my money back when I return goods?
  1. For CODs:
    We will refund you the respective amount less COD charges to your bank account.
     
  2. For credit card payments
    We will credit the amount to your bank account.
     
  3. For payments using PayPal
    We will credit the amount to your PayPal account.

Changing your personal details / forgot your password


How can I change my personal details?
Click on Login in the footer of the website and log in using your access information (e-mail address and password). You can also log in during the ordering process using your user details. You can change your details here under “Customer profile”. You can also change your e-mail address and password for login under “User profile”.

How can I change my password?
Click on Login in the footer of the shop. You can request a new password here after you have entered your e-mail address. You can also request a new password during the ordering process or channge the password in your customer account.

What happens if I forget my password?
Enter your e-mail address on the login page under “Forgot password”. We will immediately send you a new password to the registered e-mail address.
